We begin by conducting an in-depth consultation with employers to understand their hiring needs and determine the eligibility of the position(s) for which an LMIA is required. Our team assesses the specific requirements and criteria for obtaining an LMIA, including demonstrating the unavailability of Canadian workers for the position(s) being filled.

Once the recruitment process is complete, we guide employers through the preparation of the LMIA application, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted. Our team provides expert advice on compiling supporting documents, such as job descriptions, wage offers, and recruitment efforts, to strengthen the LMIA application.

We submit the LMIA application to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) on behalf of the employer and closely monitor the processing status. Throughout the processing period, we liaise with ESDC officials, respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information, and provide regular updates to the employer on the status of their application.

Upon approval of the LMIA, we assist employers in fulfilling any additional requirements, such as obtaining a work permit for the foreign worker(s) being hired. We provide ongoing support and guidance to employers and foreign workers throughout the immigration process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and facilitating a smooth transition to employment in Canada.
